Notting Hill

The "Notting Hill" was my first book in English  I read. I'm very happy because I thought was very difficult for me read in English but now I know is easy. My opinion of the book is it has easy vocabulary and explain very well the situacion, it's funny and I enjoy when I read this book. This book has some words I did't know the meaning but in the general I understoond the story. My favorite characters was Spike because he is so funny when he appeared on stage and he was lazy and crazy and that made me enjoy reading. I like everything, it is a new experiece for me read in other language and this book is excelent, maybe we may read two books during the course: I think it is a good idea. Finally I recommend this book to student of nivel 1 and 2 of de ESL Program because it is a good and easy book but I think for the level 3 and high it is very easy and they need other book. 

Car is the best

My favorite way to travel is in car because with this trasportation you can meet many places when you driver to any destination. I think the advantages for the car such as don´t need a lot of money to travel, don´t depend the other people or company, you have your time; but the disadvantages are that more tired than other trasportation and it is slower. Last weekend I traveled by car to Fort Mcmurray to find northern lights. That trip was the best of my life because I had fun, we get stuck in the winter road for 7 hours with just cook and chips(lol) and we called 911 for help.They rescued us and it was exciting and amazing. 

Summer is better!

I´m worried because I don´t like winter. In Calgary the winter is very different than Mexico because here it is colder than my city, in Calgary snow and Monterrey not. But for me is a new experience this weather. My plan to do in Calgary during the winter is ski and take a lot of picture (lol)because I never saw the snow and I don´t know if in the future I have an opportunity to travel again. My favorite season of the year is summer because I like go to the beach and the clothes is more comfortable than other season. In the summer I have vacation in my university and job, I will visit my family and travel with my friends, I have a lot of time for rest. In addition I like this season because it is easier than other for do many activities outside, for example: play football with my cousins, walk on the park with my mother and grandmother, etc. Finally this season is better for me, but I know many people don´t like it because is very hot.
